Pea shoots have been cropping up in our boxes for the last three years - long before the supermarkets had even heard of them! Ours come courtesy of Greenacres Farm in Kemberton, Shropshire.  They are surprisingly versatile - eat them raw as a green salad, stir fried, wilted or even baked.  See our recipe page for Pea Shoot Pesto.
