Last week saw the worst weather conditions for 30 years and it presented quite a challange for us as a home delivery service. There were a few deliveries that we simply could not do but that was less than 1% of our total orders for the week.

We went out in four wheel drives to the remote outlying areas to esnure that the service continued. In a few cases customers were amazed that we had turned up at all when the Royal Mail and the binmen had decided it was simply not the weather to deliver in. Of course, it is not just the more remote areas which are affected by the weather - even if you live in a town and the roads are clear do bear in mind that you are part of a delivery route and everywhere is slower going than usual.  Many thanks for your patience!
