Home Delivery

To the best of the knowledge of Boxfresh Organics/Flights Orchard Organics Ltd the prices and sizes of products as stated on this website and any catalogues brochures, price list or other product information source available from this website are correct at the date of posting. While every effort is made to maintain the prices and sizes as specified, Boxfresh Organics reserves the right to vary these without notice as changes from suppliers dictates.

All goods must be paid for either by credit / debit card, cash or cheque to the local office/distributor or when issued with an invoice statement.

Boxfresh Organics can not accept responsibility if your order is stolen. We will make every effort to act on your requests for where to leave the delivery.

Boxfresh Organics/Flights Orchard Organics Ltd refuses to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen.

Claims for damaged/poor quality/wrongly delivered goods must be notified to Boxfresh Organics or the local distributor within twenty four hours of delivery otherwise they may not be considered.

Cheques for payment that are not honoured on presentation will incur a charge of £4.00 per representation.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of Base plus five percent.

Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement item. In certain cases a discount may be offered against your next purchase, which will be credited to your Boxfresh Organics account balance. Please contact your local office/distributor with any complaints or queries about the products delivered and they will arrange for one of the above or if required a refund to your credit/debit card.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than 3 working days before your delivery is due.
