What we stand for...

Local – Approximately 85% of the veg we deliver is grown within 60 miles of Shrewsbury. We source our produce from Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Powys.

Organic – Boxfresh Organics is registered with the Soil Association as an organic retailer and all our produce is registered organic. Organic growers and producers are registered and inspected by certificating bodies such as the Soil Association or Organic Farmers & Growers. Anything labelled organic has therefore been grown or produced to comply to strict guidelines, with no chemical interference. We believe that organic food is not some esoteric new age fad, but a simple return to food production as it should be.
Fresh - Our aim is to get produce to our customers super fresh. Other than stored root veg most of our fresh produce comes to you within 48 hours of picking on the farm.
Value - Our range is very competitively priced. We regularly check our prices against all locally available organic supermarket ranges, and find that the contents of our boxes retail elsewhere for about 15% more. On top of that, we charge no extra for delivery to your door!

Packaging and Recycling – We aim to use minimal packaging. Our boxes are strong enough to withstand many uses – please return them to us each time we deliver. Details of our recycling policy coming soon.
Organic meat – Our organic meat comes from the beautiful Rhug Estate. Our organic eggs and chickens are from Meifod, Powys and lead a truly free range existence in the beautiful Welsh Hills. Customer satisfaction – our aim is to please you! Veg and fruit boxes are a lucky dip of seasonal surprises, but we encourage you to tell us your dislikes so these can be exchanged for something we know you’ll prefer. We want to hear from all current or potential customers with questions, comments, ideas, suggestions for new lines you’d like us to stock. If you are ever unhappy with the condition of any item in your box, we will give you a discount or extra produce with your next delivery – you decide!
